Richard loves living in Chaffee County! He and his wife, Anna, have a daughter, Sarah, and son, Warren. Richard was living in Denver and had his own construction company when his sister called from Salida and convinced him to work as a ski instructor at Monarch two days a week. He soon became “hooked” on the slower pace and the outdoor lifestyle- and moved here the next year. He worked his first year in Salida as a full-time ski instructor and part-time realtor then switched to full-time realtor and part-time ski instructor. Richard has been with United Country since its inception, and currently is one of the members of the Board of Directors. Richard is extremely knowledgeable about land in Chaffee County. He would love to help you enjoy living here as much as he does!
