Cinda Riley, GRI Broker

Cinda Riley, GRI Broker

In 1997, SkiCo Realty, Southwest Centennial Real Estate and Cinda Riley each with over twenty years of experience merged to form United Country Premier Brokers. For Cinda, it was like coming home. The building which housed United Country Premier Brokers was built in the early 1950s by Ed Kochman and his best friend, Bliss Martillaro who is Cinda's father. Cinda has many intimate memories of visiting the Kochman house as a child. In the 70s the house was sold to the Denoyers and then to Karin Adams who lived and practiced her real estate business from her home at 245 E Highway 50; Salida, CO. In 2004, the building underwent major expansion and renovation. This is just a modest return for being the number one United Country office in the nation for the last seven years. This paramount charter of United Country consists of Buena Vista, CO, South Fork, CO, and the Salida, CO office. Cinda's 28 year career as a real estate broker in Chaffee County is quite impressive. She is a past president of the Chaffee County Board of Realtors, Chaffee County Realtor of the Year and a past Director of the Colorado Association of Realtors. Off the field, Cinda has served as a Poncha Springs trustee and on their planning and zoning commission. She contributes in various ways to the Steamplant, Spartan Booster, Colorado Open Space, Arkansas Headwaters, Salida Art Walk, Salida Merchants, Salida, Buena Vista and South Fork Chamber of Commerce, Elk Foundation, Ducks Unlimited, Trout Unlimited, and the Chaffee County Fair. Cinda's hobbies include her grandchildren, family, friends, history, art, reading and the great outdoors. Cinda's goal is to provide each individual with personal, professional and ethical service.
