Kitty left New England area and moved west to Leadville, Co. in 1975.

Loving the mountains, open space and all the outdoors recreation was a lifestyle we wanted to contine.

Moving to Salida in 1985 with husband Frank to open an Italian restaurant, which actually is in Poncha Springs, has been successful for over 23 years and still operating. Raising two wonderful daughters, who are now grown has been my biggest joy.

I have a love for customer service, working with the public for so many years, I know what it takes to please people and I can rise to any challenge in finding the right property for anyone’s dreams. Paying close attention to details is as important to me as to my clients.
