An “almost” native of Salida, Judy Everett has been a Realtor in Chaffee County for nearly 30 years. When she is not out selling real estate, Judy is helping her husband Terry on their family ranch, or enjoying her horses, and her family. Growing up in Salida has given her a love and knowledge of Salida and the surrounding area. As a recently appointed member of the Chaffee County Planning Commission she is involved in the process of re-zoning and subdivision regulations. All of this, plus her “hands on “ experience of farming and ranching give Judy a unique perspective and ability to market residential, commercial or rural properties and to help her clients find their part of the Colorado Dream.
