Catherine Pollock, Broker Associate

Cathy moved to beautiful Chaffee County Colorado in the summer of 2000 as a transplant from Deep South Texas. Raised for a short time in the mountains of New Mexico it was always her dream to live in the mountains again. Shortly after arriving in Buena Vista she went to work as an assistant to a REALTOR® and enjoyed the people so much she decided to get her own license in 2003. Over the years her expertise has become vacant land near to and not so near to Buena Vista and Salida. “It is so much fun to share the beauty of Colorado with new folks in search of their dream property!”

Cathy and her husband of 32+ years have four children; a grown up girl, with three children of her own, married to a youth minister. A grown up boy, a Texas A & M graduate and an engineer in Houston, and two girls still at home. The two younger girls are very active athletes playing volleyball and soccer for their Buena Vista schools. A 4-H member as a child, Cathy still enjoys 4-H as a parent of a 4-Her and as a 4-H Leader for Sewing, Cooking and Horse projects. “It is rewarding to help a child and to see their efforts rewarded at the county and then state fair levels of competition.” She is very dedicated to the youth of our community whether they compete in sports at school, participate in 4-H activities or the local gymkhana and roping club, or are involved in their church youth group. She is willing to do what it takes to help kids develop into responsible, respected adults of their communities.
